Purpose of Office:

 Provide quality representation of defendants in criminal cases when appoints by Rush County Courts.  Additionally, the Office of the Public Defender represents some persons in Child in Need of Services cases, Juvenile cases, and Child Support cases when appointed by Rush County Courts.

Responsibilities:

 Ensure quality representation of Criminal Defendants.
