FELONY, MISDEMEANOR, AND JUVENILE PROSECUTION

RUSH CONTY BAD CHECK PROGRAM

DEFERRAL/DIVERSION PROGRAMS
In limited curcumstances, individuals may be eligible for deferrals in the case of infractions and diversions in the case of misdemeanors. Call 765-932-2000 for more information.
